What a company and what a guy our tour guide Raf is! 👌🥰Definitely THE best tour operator in Krakow (Raf was our nickname for him , you know who you are 😉) he went above and beyond in every way possible from making sure we had tried the local drinks and cuisine offering high end quality restaurant suggestions to providing us with a little tipple after our day at Auschwitz and the Salt mines (outstanding service). To offering more than reasonable prices for their tours. Thank-you for a 40th birthday experience Daniel and I will never forget, we will 100 percent be getting back in touch with this company on our next trip to Poland and Thank-you for our little gifts at the end, a perfect end to a perfect trip. Thanks again guys you were awesome!! 👌👍😀

We originally booked the salt mine tour with AT, and ended up additionally booking Aushwitz. Rafael went out of his way to ensure we had a great experience whilst visiting both. We were also able to continue to the airport from one of the trips which made our situation so much easier. Would definitely recommend

From being picked up on time by Krystoff we had a full on day. We were given a full on tour right from the start of the journey. Krystoff shared local information with us, pointed out numerous places of interest and ensured that we were looked after by the official tour guides at the sites we visited. Obviously Aucwitz and Birkenau are sites of a dark past. We found the experience very moving, but interesting and informative. There is a lot of standing & walking so ensure you have comfortable footwear. The sites and staff were very respectful and observing covid rules, so we felt pretty comfortable. It was nice to round off the day with the salt mines. The first part appears a bit gimmicky and touristy, but stick with it, you will be wowed.
